• Proven ability to combine market SME insight with modern product management practice.
• Experience creating scalable strategic frameworks across large organisations.
• Proven ability to integrate commercial insight into product strategy.
Qualifications:
• Extensive knowledge and exposure to both UK and international Local Government markets.
• Strong evidence of executive stakeholder management and strategic communication.
