Location: Hybrid 2 days in the office London rest from Home

Contract Length: 6 months
Clearance: CTC , and then will go through enhanced check if offered
Must have
• Candidates must have pa 2023 experience
• CIPS/MCIPS
• End to end procurement experience
• Lead on digital procurement projects under the PA23
Essential:
• Extensive operational procurement experience within ICT, covering products and services (e.g. Networks, Infrastructure, SaaS)
• Ideally MCIPS qualified or equivalent commercial/procurement experience
• Proven track record delivering high-value tenders via Open Procedure and CCS framework mini-competitions
• Experience with Competitive Flexible Procedure (desirable)
• Strong knowledge of PCR 2015 and Procurement Act 2023 (PA23) frameworks
