What We’re Looking For:
You’ll be a strong fit if you have:
• Experience leading engineering teams in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Built and evolved complete end-to-end systems rather than focusing on a single narrow area.
• Delivered complex B2B platforms, such as billing, data-intensive systems, or infrastructure-backed products.
• A proven track record of raising both team performance and system quality simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, able to clearly explain technical decisions, including lessons learned.
• Confidence taking ownership of outcomes, not just processes.

Tech Stack:
You don’t need to tick every box but should be comfortable leading in these areas:
• Frontend: React, TypeScript, Tailwind
• Backend: Python (Flask / FastAPI), PostgreSQL
• Infrastructure: Docker, CI/CD (GitHub Actions), cloud platforms (GCP preferred)
Bonus (optional): telecom integrations, usage data pipelines, complex billing systems
