Essential
• Must be a Suitably Qualified and Experienced Person (SQEP) with a practitioner level experience of safety management systems.
• Must have an ability to day-to-day manage safety engineering tasking.

Aviation safety management, including:
MAA Regulatory Publications.
Air Safety Portal.
EASA and CAA Regulations.
GEAR, ASEMS, POSMS and the regulations.
• Must have experience in providing safety advice or delivering safety artefacts.
• Must have an experience in rationalising and evidencing safety arguments.
• Must have an ability to work independently and directly into delivery teams

Desirable
• Should/could have knowledge and experience of:
o Platform safety management.
o Land based platform safety management.
• Should/could have knowledge and experience of fault and event tree analysis and BowTie assessment.
