Location: Aldermaston (BASE LOCATION FOR CONTRACT PURPOSES – CANNOT BE CHANGED) – 1 DAY PER WEEK IN LONDON, MINIMAL ATTENDANCE TO ALDERMASTON WILL BE REQUIRED Maximum of 3 days per week on site. Travel UK wide approx once a week.
Contracting Authority: Government Client
Contract Length: 18 months
Clearance: SC – Candidates can start on BPSS Sole British
Minimum Requirement:
• PRE- Contract Procurement Experience within an infrastructure / construction environment -experience of NEC 3/4 contracts
• Senior Procurement manager who has previous experience of a procuring a logistics partner
• END TO END would be suitable but a heavy focus on PRE-CONTRACT is mostly important
• Strong Stakeholder Management Skills
• NO direct line management involved
• Multibillion pound procurement
• High value procurement – Anyone who has worked on motorways, highways, rail etc – 1B upwards
• Must be complex construction and understand the complexity of the procurement required
• Public sector would be more desirable due to governance but will consider candidates within PRIVATE
