Qualifications/Certifications
DESIRABLE: PRINCE2, MSP Practitioner, Agile Project Management Practitioner, APM Project Management Qualification
• APM Chartered Project Professional
• Project Leadership Programme (PLP) or Major Projects Leadership Academy (MPLA)

Technology/Systems experience required:
• Oracle Fusion
• Beneficial if they are familiar with HR/Finance and Commercial tools – Analytics
• ERP / HCM technology stacks
• Previous Authority Experience required Government and/or Defence ideally
• Private sector experience will be accepted but governmental/Defence experience will be highly preferrable


Key skills and criteria:
• Must be able to communicate and understand an environment with oracle landscape
• Familiar with government working (Ideally within defence)
• MUST be able to communicate clearly and enough knowledge to operate in this environment effectively.
• ERP implementation (Preferrable oracle)
