Overview
Managing the reception - Working 8-4 Monday to Friday, required in the office 5 days per week
Knowledge of social housing is a must
Using the CRM system (Civica) to record all interactions with residents
Answering emails/phone calls.
Attending drop in sessions
Being the first point of contact so good customer service skills are necessary.
Handling queries such as repairs from residents
