• Detailed apprenticeship experience
• Hands on apprenticeship experience
• Programme management experience
• Experience working in a recruitment and on boarding diverse environment
• Partnership enrolment experience
• Evaluation and inclusion ED&I experience
• Strong delivery experience in graduate scheme apprenticeship systems
• Experience in complex environment
• Ability to manage and talk with different suppliers
• Experience supporting new employees in the company
• Someone who understands young people
