Minimum Requirement:
• Candidates must hold full CCAB/CIMA accountancy qualification
• Experience preparing annual reporting accounts
• Experience Leading an audit
• Ideally public sector experience
• Must be fully qualified
• Oracle – nice to have
• Experience of managing the production of an Annual Report and Accounts and managing audit.
• Ability to understand complex financial reporting issues, accounting and cash management standards relevant to a government department.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders.
• Clear communication and influencing skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to present information clearly with strong consideration as to the intended audience.
• Experience of establishing the most efficient ways of working and standardising processes.
