Overview
Effective communication skills, Experience in the use of IT packages – excel spreadsheets, word processing, electronic mail functions, able to operate computerized systems using standard software applications and good key board skills.
Able to organize and prioritize workload. Team player. Good command of literacy and numeracy. Accuracy with numbers, attention to detail and other information.
Work involves setting up new referrals to the team and reconciling the accounts as per audit requirements, payments made in relation to agreed care package.
Candidates need to display good command of communication and interpersonal skills. Be able to respond to the needs of different client groups. Occasionally this requires meeting with the client to show, explain and simplify process requirements for reconciling their account before submitting for payment. They are required to deal confidently with the customers over the phone in getting the message across clearly. This requires occasionally dealing with challenging customers, being firm and staying calm to get the message across.
This role requires candidates to display strong analytical skills and initiative when completing tasks.
