Salary: £65,367-£70,012 per annum

Location: Kilburn - 3 days minimum onsite.

Must have

• A strong understanding of how business landscapes work

Experience
• 5+ years in analytics, business intelligence, or data product roles, ideally within large or complex environments.
• Proven experience in implementing and delivering business solutions using Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) / Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence.
• Experience working with Oracle ERP/HCM Cloud or eBusiness Suite, with a strong understanding of functional areas such as HR, Commercial, Finance and Logistics.
• Practical experience with ETL, data modelling, and dashboard/reporting development.
• Experience in leading product teams or data-focused project teams, with stakeholder engagement at all levels.
• Working knowledge of integration technologies and data pipelines (e.g. Oracle Integration Cloud, APIs).
• Public sector or shared services experience (desirable).

Knowledge and Skills
• Strong grasp of SaaS-based business applications, PaaS capabilities, and Oracle data architectures, including integration, scalability, and operational workflows.
• Knowledge of best-in-class ERP and analytics platforms and their role in business service transformation.
• Proficient in SQL, data modelling, performance tuning, and analytics security best practices.
• Familiarity with Oracle Cloud ERP or HCM modules and their reporting frameworks.
• Understanding of data security models, Oracle role-based access, and dashboard UX best practices.
• Familiar with distributed version control systems and modern analytics delivery workflows.
• Excellent communication and data storytelling skills; able to make complex insights accessible to non-technical audiences.
• Ability to coach and develop junior team members.
• Strategic thinking and a continuous improvement mindset.
• Experience of delivering Oracle Machine Learning, AI and business analytics solutions.

Qualifications
• Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
• Familiarity of tools such as BI Publisher and OTBI (desirable)
• Oracle certifications in Analytics, Cloud, or Data Integration (desirable).
• Agile delivery experience or familiarity with iterative development and prioritisation frameworks (desirable).
