Location: Kilburn - This is a hybrid role, within the expectation of attendance within the office of two days per week

Essential:
• Experience of using a P2P system, with the ability to manipulate and interrogate the system in a high level of detail.
• Effective communicator who can build working relationships with a range of suppliers, colleagues and stakeholders.
• Able to proactively manage own workload to deliver to deadlines and know when to seek support.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to deal with enquiries, requests, complaints/escalations in a professional and proactive manner.
• Able to analyse and interpret data sets.
• Competent user of Microsoft Packages (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and excellent attention to detail, working to a high level of accuracy.
Desirable:
• Experience of working within a commercial function and/or applying the principles of value for money.
• Basic understanding of sourcing and procurement methodologies, as well as relevant Public Sector processes, policy and governance
• A basic understanding of the principles of category management and/or the contract lifecycle.
