Contracting Authority: Government Client
Contract Length: 12 months
Clearance: DBS but willing to undergo SC (SC/DV preferred)

Minimum Requirement:
• Procurement professional who has project management skills as is part of a large transformation programme.
• Initially supporting customer in development of “statement of need” for portfolio of FM ser-vices
• Hard (engineering) & soft facilities management category specialism.
• Public sector procurement experience as requirement to build tender suite of documents and recommend routes to market
• Able to demonstrate an ability to support internal customers in development of statement of needs,
• Undertake market engagement and building the RFP (tender suite).
• This will broadly divide into a HardFM (engineering) specialism and SoftFM (cleaning, catering, security etc) specialism.
• Contract Management,
• Commercial Management,
• Procurement,
• Commercial Assurance,
• Supplier Relationship Management,
• Category Management, Stakeholder Management,
• NEC experience however, not in Construction
• Soft and Hard FM experience
