Minimum Requirement:
• 5 years working on construction projects minimum
• Chartered Member IOSH
• Strong understanding of Building Regs and the Building Safety Act
Skills and Experience
• To have a professionally recognised health and safety qualification (e.g., NEBOSH and have CMIOSH membership with IOSH or similar or working towards) and a background in health and safety construction delivery
• To have supported health and safety across construction and facilities teams and have a track record of addressing compliance issues
• You will have a minimum of 5 years' experience of the delivery of complex construction programmes across a widely varying estate
• You will be able to demonstrate significant experience in project/programme health and safety management, delivering works against challenging deadlines
• You will be an active member of a professional engineering trade organisation / body or working towards joining one.
