Job Description
The role of the Planned Works Project Manager is pivotal in successfully delivering a comprehensive, long-term housing refurbishment and improvement program. This position is unique, as it directly impacts both the team and the Client's ability to meet key objectives, including those within the Housing Revenue Account Capital Programme. The responsibilities associated with this role are multifaceted, and the successful delivery of planned works is crucial.
