Location: Leeds or London – onsite once per month – with travel to other location possible

Essential Skills & Criteria:
• Significant procurement experience using a range of procedures
• Strong business acumen and ability to show evidence-based decision making
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Excellent communication (written and oral) and influencing skills
• Awareness of public sector procurement legislation
• Relevant commercial experience
• Strong procurement experience rather than contract management
• Open competition work
• END TO END procurement, full lifecycle (ESSENTIAL)
• Governance
• Contract awareness
• Public sector or central government experience
• Been on projects of 30-40m+
• Strong stakeholder management skills at all levels (internal and external)
• Ability to manage and set expectations with stakeholders
• E-Sourcing experience
