Location: London - Minimum of 3 days in the office per week - flexibility required, may be 4 days and some weeks 5 days where required
Contracting Authority: Government Client
Contract Length: 6 months from start
Clearance: Will be required to go through NPPV2/CTC
Essential strengths
• Deep business change experience (not project management or tech).
• Experience delivering large-scale transformation with high volumes of end users and significant resistance to change.
• Experience managing change across remote sites.
• Ability to influence and challenge very senior stakeholders.
•Ability to build credibility rapidly within weeks.
Valuable experience
• Oracle Fusion.
• GRS or similar rostering systems.
• Change on very large programmes, policing sector experience useful but not required.
