Top 3 Evaluation criteria:
1. Experience of the commercial cycle including pre-competitive supplier engagement, supplier selection, tender evaluation, contract award and ongoing contract management.
2. A strong understanding of CCS Frameworks
3. Experience of public sector procurement, e.g., EU Procurement Regulations and using Crown Commercial Service frameworks.

Essential criteria:
• Need a strong practitioner - expert in tendering within the public sector - knows way round public service/CCS procurement and how it gets approved.
• “A real time served do-er”.
• Framework knowledge – able to confidently run the tender.
• Ideally experienced professional services and NEC 4, but other public sector frameworks would be acceptable.
• able to run end to end procurement.
• Can keep the tender compliant and maintain the integrity of the tendering process.
• Stakeholder Management – across multiple departments/disciplines/levels
• Must be able to have a presence, able to ensure all parties know their roles/responsibilities.
