Essential
• Experience in channel management strategy.
• Knowledge of Service Management Framework/Orchestration Layer.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to enable the interpretation of data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, able to create positive relationships and become a client advocate.
• Proficient in the use of presentation software.
• Knowledge and experience of creating a Channel Strategy as part of a future Shared Services Operating Model.
