Must have:
• Educated to Degree level with extensive specialist knowledge or equivalent experience
• Significant administration experience in a healthcare environment
• Supervisory experience gained within healthcare organisation, preferably acute hospital
• Experience dealing with medical staffing rotas
• Knowledge of Healthcare administrative processes – for example, PAS
• Stress awareness and strategies to deal with.
