The individual as a minimum must have skills in Oracle HR Cloud and ideally Strategic Workforce Planning / EPM.
Looking for experience within:
• Oracle payroll
• Oracle fusion (Highly desirable)
• Process design
• Understand public sector payroll
• Policing background
• Knowing the build within fusions and how it integrates into all the oracle modules
• In depth HCM payroll knowledge
• How it's configured, standard oracle, payroll processing
• Senior stakeholder management
• Good persuasion on recommendation basis
• Adopt standard best practice
• Convince stakeholder on best practice
• Good communication
