Location: Oxford - Hybrid working available. Visits to site may be required, mileage will be reimbursed as calculated from the client (or from home if closer)

Must have
• Previous experience of working at a similar level in Local Government
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience of successfully managing the design and delivery of highways infrastructure projects
• Experienced in the preparation of business cases, procurement strategies and project reporting documentation
• Experienced in preparing, negotiating and administering NEC construction contracts that relate to highways infrastructure projects
• Degree or equivalent qualification in a highways engineering design or construction-related discipline
• Working knowledge of CDM and construction Health & Safety.
