Overview
- A background in programme/project management and/or innovation would be an advantage;
- Team fit - we are looking for someone who is organised, proactive, self-directed, comfortable with uncertainty and great with managing stakeholders;’
- Requirement for a new resource to work in the PDE (Program Delivery and Evaluation) team.
- A programme manager to focus primarily on the client’s ‘Artificial Intelligence’ thematic area;

Required skill sets include:
• A strong team-member, willing to be flexible and help problem-solve
• Very organised, managing priorities, and multi-tasking to a high standard
• Ability to design and coordinate complex programmes with creativity
• Strong stakeholder management and clear communication skills, engaging a range of people and seniorities across government and industry.
• Able to write formal business case documents and reports with clarity and impact.
• Interested and aware of technology innovation. This is not a technical role, but the ability to understand and articulate a range of technologies and their potential application within the community is essential.
• Commercial awareness, sufficient to understand the differing contracting and pricing models associated with SME technology adoption, evaluation and implementation.
• Can work effectively with wider business units, eg: Finance, Commercial, Compliance
