Key Duties -
• Organising diaries, booking rooms, updating and maintaining systems, invoicing, supporting events, managing a team inbox and calendar, updating intranet pages.
• Managing course administration and attendance invites and records for events and courses.
• Gathering feedback and course evaluations, basic data analysis / reporting,
• Responsible for team resources – buying, storing and tidying and monitoring resources cupboards and being available for post room tasks.
• Researching content for monthly ‘What’s on’ intranet pages and advertising courses and events across the organisation.
• Supporting with the scheduling, decorating and maintenance of the teams display areas.
