Must have
• Willing and able to participate in the out of hours emergency duty rota
• Educated to degree level in a property related subject or relevant professional qualification in Surveying
• Corporate Member of Professional Body RICS
• Extensive knowledge of Commercial Property Asset Management.
• Proven leadership experience in a senior management role featuring strong evidence of revenue management, or property focused commercial operations
• A strong leader keen to develop and nurture talent across the business with experience managing a high performing team
• Excellent analytical skills to interpret data and performance metrics
• Strong understanding of revenue management, pricing strategies, and yield management to optimise rates and revenue
• Attending contract reviews and ensure the accuracy and integrity of costs and values forecast by teams
