• Strong stakeholder management skills at all levels – internal and external

• Worked in demolition background/space (High hazards management)
• Supplier management relationship
• Strategy development
• People who have worked in factory environments/Manufacturing environments
• Need to be resilient and confident.
• Able to present proposal/solutions/recommendations
• Need to be able to work with the current end user to be able to change current delivery models
• Need to have good commercial judgement
• Commercial qualification i.e. CIPS/RICS/relevant degree

Desirable
• Experience of CEMAR and oracle fusion – not essential
• Need to have an understanding of demolition
