Essential
Thorough knowledge of all aspects of housing and local authority law.
Substantial demonstrable experience working as a barrister/ solicitor/legal executive, preferably with some management experience.
Experience in managing a team handling a caseload of housing litigation including homeless, allocations and general litigation and to run a case load of housing law and general litigation on behalf of the client.
