Key competencies:
• Significant experience implementing robust IFRS15 policies in a software business
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and UK GAAP.
• Experience managing statutory reporting and external audits.
• Strong understanding of internal controls frameworks.
• Experience leading geographically dispersed finance teams.
• Strong stakeholder management at executive level.
• Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA or equivalent).
• High integrity and strong ethical mindset.
• Confident decision-maker on complex accounting matters.
