● Organisation Lead SME
Essential Experience
● Proven track record in delivering end-to-end Organisation Design and Operating Model transformations within complex, highly regulated environments.
● Understanding of Civil Service/public sector structures and the Civil Service Organisational Design framework.
● Strong practical experience of applying organisation design methods to take a complex organisation from operating model decisions through options, detailed design, testing and implementation
● Strong data analytics capability, capable of translating HR and financial metrics into actionable structural insights.
