Essential:
• Good standard of education to a minimum of A Level or equivalent professional experience
• Evidence of CPD in contracts, compliance or building services or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience working with building services or FM contracts
• Proven experience managing building services contracts
• Experience of successfully managing contractor performance, audits, and KPI/SLA frameworks.
• Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
• Experience in budget management, financial forecasting, and cost control.
