Location: 3 days minimum onsite. Holborn, mix of Kennington, Lambeth, Kilburn – will be a mix

Must have
• Must have strong comms skills / experience – including sharepoint and AI experience.
• We are looking for around AI and Sharepoint is being able to use AI and Sharepoint to help us reach out to 45K users - not the actual implementation of AI tools.
Deputising for leadership when necessary
• Strong communication skills required. Proven skills on developing comms campaigns starting at requirements / outcomes and finishing with success criteria. Happy to switch from strategy to ‘doing’ and able to design a strong meaningful end to end process
• Web design / Intranet design skills and /or training material development (especially online format) would be really useful
• Deep understanding of change management and its practical application (ie ADKAR but how this applies in reality)
• Innovative and creative approach to handle large, hard-to-reach audience groups
• Show how they would do Stakeholder Mapping, how they would roll out Change Networks, Change Impact Assessments etc
• Experience in public sector or police beneficial but not essential (this role is likely to be involved with roster management in the Policing context)
Proactive, self-starter, self-managing
• Awareness or ability to quickly understand the cultural landscape and work out what is appropriate an how to best achieve results
