Essential experience
• Experience in commercial sourcing, procurement improvement or route-to-market delivery.
• Ability to analyse processes and identify automation, guided-buying and user-interface improvements.
• Experience translating commercial policy into clear, controlled user journeys and products.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, implementation planning and risk-management skills.
• Ability to deliver at pace while maintaining governance, compliance and control.
Desirable experience
• Digital procurement, guided buying, AI-enabled systems or automation experience.
• J2C, ePC or low-complexity procurement experience.
• Supplier onboarding, catalogue or marketplace experience; MCIPS or a relevant qualification.
