Experience Required
We’re looking for someone with significant Defence CIS delivery experience, ideally including:
10+ years' experience within Communication & Information Systems (CIS) delivery in Defence
Experience working within complex, highly secure Defence environments
Experience with the UK Defence National Armaments Director Group – Digital & Data would be highly desirable, as would experience designing, delivering or managing networked static/deployable Command & Control systems.
Practical experience of CIS systems and software
Candidates must hold the nationality of a member nation and have an excellent command of written and spoken English.
Strong Project, Programme or Portfolio Management experience
Delivery of complex Information Systems projects
Agile, SAFe and PRINCE2
Programme and project planning, including risk and issue management
Budget and financial management
Requirements capture and acceptance criteria
Static and deployable/mobile Information Systems
Understanding of security and communications requirements within system design
Service transition and Service Management
