ESSENTIAL
Qualifications
• Have a building related qualification (to HND / HNC) or be ‘qualified by experience’ in a similar role
Knowledge
• Have extensive technical knowledge, experience and understanding of construction details and defects pathology in all types of domestic dwellings,
including high-rise developments.
• A sound understanding of Health and Safety legislation and regulation including CDM 2015.
• A knowledge of Disrepair / EPA and/or Party Wall legislation /Section 20 consultation would be beneficial in this role.
Work Related Experience
• Relevant experience of working in a building maintenance role.
• Experience of working in a diverse environment including liaising with external and internal clients, but most importantly, residents.
• Experience of managing consultation and working with tenants and leaseholders.
