Essential:
• Qualified Accountant
• Ideally SAAS background, however, definitely have experience of companies of 5000+ people

Key competencies:
• Qualified accountant or equivalent commercial finance experience, with strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, management reporting and financial modelling.
• Proven experience partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing decision-making across a complex matrix organisation.
• Strong commercial finance experience supporting Customer & Services, SaaS, software, digital or technology-enabled businesses would be advantageous.
• Experience supporting transformation, investment appraisal, benefit tracking, cost initiatives or operating model change.
• Commercially minded, with the ability to balance financial control, strategic investment, delivery outcomes and long-term value creation.
• Confident communicator who can simplify complex financial information and provide constructive challenge to senior leaders.
• Highly analytical, with strong Excel/modelling capability and the ability to turn financial and operational data into insight and action.
• Comfortable working at pace, managing ambiguity and prioritising across multiple stakeholders, projects and investment decisions.
• Strong relationship builder with credibility, resilience and the ability to drive alignment across Finance, Customer & Services and transformation teams.
