This role would suit a commercially focused Chartered Surveyor who combines strong Landlord and Tenant expertise with excellent stakeholder management and financial reporting capabilities.

Essential
Strong commercial property management, stakeholder engagement, and financial reporting experience are essential.
Essential Requirements
MRICS qualified Chartered Surveyor.
Significant experience in commercial Landlord and Tenant surveying.
Proven track record of negotiating rent reviews, lease renewals, and new lease transactions.
Experience managing a mixed-use or mixed commercial property portfolio.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with tenants, legal advisors, finance teams, and senior management.
Experience of budget monitoring, financial reporting, and forecasting.
Strong analytical and reporting skills with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliver outcomes within agreed timescales.
