A confident, delivery-focused Commercial Lead with hands-on SRM programme experience, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to independently drive cross-functional supplier value initiatives using data and influence.
Core Experience Requirements
• Proven SRM experience (essential)
o Must have hands-on experience running SRM programmes or activities
• Programme/project leadership
o Demonstrable experience leading a programme, project, or functional area end-to-end
• Commercial background
o Operating at Commercial Lead level or equivalent seniority
