Essential Experience/Skills Requirement
• Previous experience of missile safety programmes, safety cases and OSRP submissions
• Experience of working within a complex working environment:
o Knowledge and experience of maritime, air and land regulators / safety requirements
o Good stakeholder management / relationship skills across multiple organisations both internal and external
• Ability to keep calm under pressure
• Ability to provide advice on safety management process and risks and able to draft written communications to Duty Holders
Desired Experience/Skills Requirement
• Experience of working with a single product/missile used across multiple environments
• Ability to assess operating risks outside the issued Safety Case in support of Duty Holder request when on Operations.
