Contracts Assistant – 15038

Salary: £To be confirmed on application (our client has asked for this not to be advertised).

Location: Aldermaston (Reading) - Initially first few days on site and then around 1-2 days/week onsite

Contracting Authority: Government Client
Contract Length: 12 months
Clearance: SC

Experience
• Contract administration
• Filing documents on sharepoint
• Reviewing/drafting proposals
• Doing non-disclosure agreements for customers
• Setting up customers on fusion
• Attending governance boards
• Providing generic contractual advice
• Commercial/contracting background
• Not a procurement role
• Working closely with int stakeholders and PMs
• Good contractual administration skills
• 2-3years in commercial/contracts role
• Any legal exp/quals helpful
• Commercial acumen
• Negotiation/collaboration exp desirable
• Knowledge of nuclear sector is helpful
• Government experience eg MOD/MOD customers
• Adaptable, able to follow standard processes and procedures
• Teams/sharepoint/fusion experience will be advantageous

Key Accountabilities:
• Adhering to Customer Contracts processes and policies within agreed timescales.
• Ensuring the provision of information in support of assessments and analyses of the viability of internal and external opportunities.
• Assisting in the measurement of risks with respect to their impact upon contract baselines.
• Developing and maintaining working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain and promote high personal standards in environment, safety, health, security and quality and be a great team player.
