Location: Hybrid (60% in Hub / 40% home working) / Available Hubs: Sheffield, Leeds, Manchester, Birmingham, Newcastle, Blackpool, Glasgow

Essential Experience
• Demonstrable experience in client-side Asset Information Management, information governance, BIM assurance, and ISO 19650 implementation from an asset owner/client perspective.
• Proven track record in BIM strategy and delivery aligned to ISO 19650
• Strong experience managing asset information standards (AIR, EIR, COBie, IFC)
• Extensive BIM assurance experience including audits and quality control
• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks
• Experience integrating BIM with CAFM/IWMS platforms
• Strong stakeholder management and project coordination capability
• Experience working within or alongside CDE environments
• Leadership experience with BIM teams or digital delivery professionals

Technical Skills
• Revit (advanced modelling, coordination and data extraction)
• Navisworks Manage (clash detection, aggregation, 4D simulation)
• CDE platforms (Autodesk Construction Cloud, Asite, Viewpoint, ProjectWise)
• COBie & IFC data standards
• Microsoft Office & Power BI
• BIM 360, AutoCAD
• Dynamo (desirable)
• Solibri (desirable)
• Understanding of CAFM/IWMS integration
• Autodesk Revit – Advanced proficiency for model review, coordination, and data extraction with large and complex model datasets across several disciplines
• Navisworks Manage – For clash detection, model aggregation, and 4D simulation.
• Common Data Environment (CDE) platforms – Experience with tools such as Autodesk Construction Cloud, Viewpoint, Asite, or Bentley ProjectWise.
• IFC and COBie standards – Ability to manage and validate structured data exports for asset handover and FM integration.
• Microsoft Office Suite – Strong skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project for documentation, reporting, and planning.
• SharePoint Lists, Planner, and Power BI – For task tracking, collaboration, and data visualization/reporting.
• BIM authoring and coordination tools – Familiarity with AutoCAD, BIM 360, and Navisworks.
• Data validation and scripting tools – Basic understanding of Dynamo for Revit (desirable) to automate tasks and enhance model intelligence.
• CAFM/IWMS integration – Understanding of how BIM data connects with CAFM/IWMS platforms.
• Model checking and validation tools – Experience with tools like Solibri is advantageous.
