Customer Service Officer - 14930

Salary: £To be confirmed on application (our client has asked for this not to be advertised).

Location: Stafford – at least 3 days per week. This role may involve occasional travel on detached duty to other Business Units. Sealand – Usually once per month but initially likely once per week. Expenses paid for travel to other locations but not to base site.

Contracting Authority: Government Client
Contract Length: 6 months. Possibility of extension
Clearance: SC

1. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
2. Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
3. Strong Numeracy skills with the ability to manage and analyse operational data

Essential:
• Able to demonstrate team working skills
• Strong customer service and account management experience
• Numerate with the ability to manage and analyse operational data
o Min level GCSE maths.
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of delegated responsibilities
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to influence, negotiate, and challenge constructively
• Experience working with operational delivery or commercial environments
• Understanding/awareness of contracts, procurement, or commercial processes
