2. Extensive experience as a planner across major construction and/or nuclear projects
3. Communication skills and stakeholder engagement

• EVM and Controls: understanding of Earned Value Management (EVM), performance reporting, and Schedule Performance Index (SPI) analysis.
• Ability to analyse complex data and recover schedules.
