6. True upstream Kubernetes bootstrapping (incl. bare metal hosts - not hyper cloud provided) incl. Helm
7. A true understanding of containerisation
8. GPG / PKI
9. Git / Gitflow / GitOps / Declarative pipelines
10. (EC2, RDS, EKS, S3, VPC) with Terraform

Desirable skills/experience
1. 2 years+ within a DevOps/technical role
2. Experience deploying and running AI solutions
3. Resilient to change, previously worked within an agile business. Comfortable with change management

2. Knowledge of the software engineering process and best practice
