Rachel is a Director of ComX. After 25 years in the Commercial Property, Rail Infrastructure and Defence sectors, Rachel realised that there was a missing element in the recruitment market, that of a personal service.

Rachel and her team now offer bespoke services to clients and candidates alike. Rachel delivers outstanding client and candidate outcomes with a personal warmth and charm, to the great benefit of all.

Before joining ComX in 2013, Emily completed her BSc and MSc at the University of East Anglia. Emily is now a Director of ComX, and provides leadership, direction and operational support to the team.

Nick is a former Army Officer who, after an outstanding military career, has successfully delivered consultancy assignments for both Central Government and the Private Sector.

Clients include the Ministry of Defence, The Australian Department of Defence, the Ministry of Justice, the Department for Business Innovation & Skills and the Royal Mail. He joined ComX in 2012 and leads on Project Delivery, Management and Business Development.

After graduating with an Honours Degree in Economics, Edward spent many years working as a Finance & Client Relationship Manager in London. Edward joined ComX in 2014 and fulfils the role of Finance Director with special responsibility for Corporate Governance.

Victoria joined ComX in 2016 and has quickly progressed to become a Senior Recruitment Manager. Victoria has over 12 years’ experience as a civil servant, and now specialises in Public Sector Interims.

Victoria offers a friendly, dynamic and approachable style, providing support and advice throughout the entire recruitment lifecycle.

Amanda has over 10 years recruitment experience and has a Social Talent Black Belt in recruitment and a Black Belt in internet recruitment. She is also a diversity and inclusion champion. Amanda began in agency recruitment looking after the full 360 recruitment process and moved into account based management where she looked after major clients such as Gatwick Airport and sat as Recruitment Delivery Manager for EDF Energy engaging professional contractors across all sectors on major transformation programmes.
Amanda joined COMXPS at the beginning of 2020 and in her words “loves working with COMXPS, its so rewarding to be working with such a great team and great clients. Best move I ever made!”

After graduating with a 1st class honours degree in Management Anna joined the Marks and Spencer Graduate Management programme where she then took on several marketing roles in head office. She then joined British Telecom where she was hired onto their Fast Track Leadership Program and has held several senior management positions since. ComX were fortunate to secure Anna’s services to lead and manage our accounts team.

Diletta, an Italian citizen born in Brazil relocated to the UK in 2020 and joined ComX shortly after. Diletta has a background in the Pharmaceutical sector and a degree in languages. Diletta works within the Recruitment Team, who she describes as ‘a young and dynamic group always there to help each other and willing to provide exceptional tailor-made services for our candidates’.

Jessica found a new passion for recruitment having left the travel industry due to the pandemic. With previous experience in recruitment / resourcing Jessica joined ComX working within the Recruitment Team. She is always willing to help others and offers an exceptional service to our candidates.

After a successful career as a trader in the City of London for over 30 years, Chris has turned his skills to become one of our pivotal searchers for ideal candidates.

Courtney has been providing administration support within the recruitment sector since 2018. She joined ComX in May 2021 as an Administrator and now also helps to complete the onboarding and compliance processes for placed candidates. Courtney is extremely approachable, always willing to pick up a new task and has an excellent eye for detail.

Sophia qualified with distinction in 2020 as a legal secretary, but quickly found a love for the recruitment sector (with a helping hand from the pandemic). Sophia works within the admin team and has a great passion for helping others find their perfect career.
